X-D80 card printer is excellent, full bleed printing (realedge-to-edge), photo finish and irregular surfaces printing.

Isthe ideal solution for Smart Cards or RFID cards, thanks to the use ofretransfer technology which prints over the protection film instead of directlyover the card. Furthermore, film protection minimizes card damages from itsuse.

CX-D80card printer offers the possibility to include Bend Remedy option. This optioncorrects card bending once has been printed in single side, putting the cardback into its original state.

SECURITY OPTIONS

Theprinter has a specific security function which consists in the protection ofsent data for the card printing. Used ribbons are a perfect copy of printeddata. CX-D80 card printer has an erase function of K panel, which erases allinformation remained from the card.

Furthermore,CX-D80 card printer includes IPSEC security protocol (Internet ProtocolSecurity), a suite of protocols for IP communications which allows to manage theuse of the printing by authenticating and/or encrypting each IP packet in adata stream. Also includes security protocols for the encoding.

TheDNP CX-D80 provides with a locker to avoid to be stolen.

Itincludes UV printing option, visible only with ultraviolet light.
